Customers praise Alkanatur for clear improvements in water quality and taste, noting that filters make water feel purer on the skin, remove flavors like chlorine, and improve daily drinking water. They highlight practical, user-friendly features: easy installation, fast and efficient shipping, attractive glass jugs, and reliable filtration that reduces plastic bottle usage and waste. The support experience is consistently commended, with several mentions of helpful, responsive service and after-sales assistance. Overall, buyers express satisfaction with product performance, design aesthetics, and the positive impact on daily hydration.
As a suggestion, the pitcher should be made of glass and not plastic. The same for the bottle.

Easy to understand the explanations for operating the jug and the alkalization control strips. I have only been using the product for 10 days and I hope to gradually notice the effects.

The water did not seem sweeter to me, as I had read in some reviews. It tastes good. We checked the pH with the test strips and compared it with the water from a very well-known filter jug, and the color difference is obvious. For now, nothing more to add.

I have called several times and they have attended to me very well. What I miss is some explanatory video about osmosis, maintenance when you go on vacation or how to proceed in case of a water breakdown.

Terrible consumer experience. I requested a quote for the filters and they contacted me to say that the local salesperson would call me. A few days later, the salesperson called me, who only asked me about the water system I was using, I told him and he dedicated himself to criticizing the competition. In the two or three minutes we talked, he finally told me he would send me the information by email. I decided not to opt for those filters due to the price and lack of clarity and bought another one that arrived with an instruction manual that has nothing to do with the filters I bought. I requested the instructions and the response was to call a plumber and that the instruction manual is that, which is a generic one (that they must have found on the internet because it has nothing to do with their filters). Regarding the quality of the water, I cannot comment since I have not tried it yet, but I am clear that there are other companies that make good products and I doubt they can do worse in customer service.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that your experience was negative. Our Commercial Department tries to advise you based on the area you are in and if you are looking at other brands, to comment on differences or similarities between ours and the competition so that the customer can make the decision they consider best. Regarding your experience with the installation of the equipment, we regret that the plumber did not want to install it. As we mentioned, the faucet instructions are generic, they are not specifically for use with the equipment you purchased, but rather it is a faucet suitable for any filtration equipment, osmosis, or even just to use as a faucet. To try to clarify this, the colleagues from the Quality Department recorded and sent a video personally explaining how to install the faucet. Once again, we are sorry if your initial experience was not satisfactory, but at Alkanatur we always do our best to help and keep the customer happy. Best regards.

It was my first time buying and I am very happy. The experience with the shipping has been very good and the product we purchased seems to be very good. The water no longer tastes like chlorine. We are delighted. If I had to say something, I would work a little on the design of the pitcher, but it's not something important.
