Customer reviews of Alkanatur

Speed and quality of the product.

Now we can have safe water to drink without contamination.

It is a highly recommended product. Personally, I am very satisfied. The water tastes better, and analyzing the chlorine content, you can see that it has none. It is easy to use, filters very quickly, and lasts many months despite heavy use. The price of the jug seems a bit excessive compared to the price of the filters, which are the ones that really work. But since it is a necessary initial investment and then you only have to buy a filter every four months, which is very reasonably priced, I am happy. Now, it's time to invest in shower filters.

The liquid to check the pH had spilled a bit and the jug was quite stained. The stain came off well. I had a Brita jug that kept track of the filtered water. Keeping track up to 400 is a bit of a hassle. In the other jugs I've had, the lid opened inward instead of outward. There is no need to lift the lid; with the weight of the water falling, they would open inward. The other jugs had a flat design, fitting in the fridge door. I don't know how far I need to fill the jug. I am filling it to the top but I don't know if I'm doing it right. In those that open inward, the lid rises when it reaches the maximum. It took me a little while to understand how to set up the cartridge. I really liked the taste of the water (blue filter for hard areas), more than my bottled Aquarel water. I am very happy with my purchase, I drink much more water than before and I am recommending it to everyone.

The fast delivery and the product are wonderful, highly recommended 100%.

The research you did on water qualifies you as the best. Thank you for everything.

The taste, the texture, you can tell it is filtered, so far everything is good, I am waiting for 2 months of use to be clearer on how my body reacts and I will let you know. For now, it meets expectations.

I liked the taste, not having to buy water bottles, the benefits of its composition. And I found it a bit expensive.

Very fast service. I haven't tried the product yet.

My experience with Alkanatur has been very satisfactory. In my order, one of the three bottles I had bought was missing, I called by phone, a very kind and efficient girl attended to me, I explained what happened and the next day I had the bottle at my home. The water is very good without strange flavors, and also the convenience of not having to carry it from the supermarket is very satisfying. I recommend it. Thank you Alkanatur.

Thank you for your excellent attention.

I recently bought the jug and I am very satisfied.

The jug is very comfortable. The water is excellent and the price is great.

Practical and from here.

It arrived quickly and it’s amazing how it filters and alkalizes the water.

After much research, the Alkanatur jug is the one that best suits my needs due to its excellent product and the sustainability it represents in my life. I have one jug at home and another at the office and I am delighted. The customer service has been wonderful.

Knowing that you are drinking quality water is wonderful. I live in Valencia and I ordered the low emission filter and it’s perfect, very happy with the purchase. Also, any doubts are resolved immediately.

I had doubts when placing the order and they resolved them immediately. Without asking, they added insurance to the shipment and also the product arrived quickly and the product is excellent. Great.
