I am satisfied with the products you offer, but as I wrote to the sales department by e-mail, I am not at all satisfied with the delivery time acr problems with the preparation of the order. This purchase was intended for a gift that didn't arrive when it was due, so I had to buy something else. I'm waiting for a commercial gesture to be made to compensate me!

The site is good. Explanations are good. Products are shipped quickly. The only problem is delivery... My delivery was scheduled 3 times before arriving. You have to be available to stay at home waiting for an order 3 days in a row...

You placed your order on a Friday, it was processed on Monday (Altearah is closed at weekends) and you were delivered on Thursday, at the other end of France given our respective geographical locations.
