the site is not very explicit

Extremely disappointed by the Turquoise oil, whose composition and dosages have been modified. A friend of mine who had a bottle of the old, original version was there, and several of us were able to test that it's nothing like it. I imagine that lemon EO must not be too expensive, given that it's excessively dominant. I've been promoting Turquoise oil to my students for a long time, and they've ordered lots of it... this was my last order, and I'll let them know what I think.

Excellent products! the value for money is correct, it's the quantity-price ratio that seems high to me.

I like the products and the site as a whole...I've never been able to get the sponsorship to work, though, which is a shame for the loyalty advantage we could have hoped for!

Not great, I find the navigation a bit confusing, access to products could be simpler, and I feel that some categories were missing.

I would say that I love skincare perfumes but I'm extremely disappointed by the samples, which cost 6€60 all the same... 4 unfortunate samples in a pouch is a shame...

I'm happy with the product, which I already knew, but I found my small spray bottle expensive - although the quantity is indicated, I thought it was larger. I won't be ordering this format again.

Very good products. Well packaged, no problems at all. One small problem: I received the turquoise bath salts instead of the silver bath salts. I kept the product anyway.

Easy site navigation and fast delivery

I ordered the yellow care fragrance. Unfortunately, the lemongrass takes precedence over all the other oils and I feel like I've bought a mosquito repellent. It's a real shame. I had bought the emerald fragrance, which was very well balanced. I regret this purchase.

I've been a customer since the beginning of the company. I still like the products, but I'm very shocked: - by the very significant price increase: care oil (+ 15%) the new packaging - pretentious - can't justify such an increase.
- the impossibility of obtaining the 10% discount with the code granted by Pierre and Nathalie - the impossibility of obtaining the 10-euro discount as a new customer (no order since the new organization) - no answer to the above questions. Where have Pierre and Nathalie's friendly contacts gone? What a pity! I give 3 stars because I still like these products, but if I met a supplier of the same quality offering human contact, I'd change without hesitation.
