Very bad experience
I am not at all surprised by your rating and review, given the email you sent me following the first delivery attempt by DPD, I take your public note and comment as a provocation.
I remind you of what you wrote to me:
Good evening
I ask you to refund my order and cancel it
I will not be delivered
Not being able to be present for the delivery, I followed the protocol on their site with a photo from the road and a specification of where to drop off without a signature
The delivery person came on site, called me, arguing that he did not have a photo of the delivery point, he did not want to specify exactly where in the hamlet he was which would have allowed me to guide him by phone. He eventually found the requested delivery location himself but preferred not to deliver
I assume his conversation is recorded.

I asked DPD for explanations following your email and here is their response:
Hello Mr. Ammerlaan,
I am following up on the exchanges regarding the delivery of your package No. 10224001338675.
I just spoke with the concerned driver.
He indicates to me that when he arrived in the hamlet on Wednesday, he contacted Mr. Tonin for details about the address. He tells me that the exchange went poorly, the recipient would have refused to guide him, believing that it was "his job as a driver to find the address and that he should manage".
As a result, he left with your package.
It appears that another one of our drivers also indicates having had tumultuous exchanges with your client.
I just contacted him personally to get details about the situation and it turns out that he does not want any exchanges or contact with the DPD company.
We have agreed to ensure delivery tomorrow, at the requested safe location, without contacting him by phone, at his request.

I suggested that you have it delivered to a parcel relay as the delivery site is poorly indicated, but that was OUT OF THE QUESTION for you, and when I advised you to put up directional signs in your locality then...

2 months to wait for an order is too long

The filters for your order were out of stock with our supplier but also at the factory, which caused an additional delay of 3 weeks beyond the announced timeframe of your order.

Products conform to the descriptions. The team is there for any information. The only flaw I can find is the delay sometimes depending on certain parts that are undoubtedly less in demand or less common. But I recommend without hesitation.

Despite the report, the electrodes are still of average quality, the contact wire is still as fragile, it comes out of the electrode after 2 uses.
I had asked you to return to me if you have defective electrodes, otherwise I can't do anything with my supplier, they tell me that you are pulling too hard on the wire ...
A little slow to arrive because the part was on back order.
Delivery times are way too long, order placed and paid on January 10th and received not before March 31st... for an order of almost 7000 euros, a commercial gesture would have been appreciated...
I easily found the membranes I needed, however they are much less resistant than the old model....and it's the brand, not the adaptable. I haven't received a reply to my e-mail.

My dissatisfaction comes from the delivery company, the deliveryman never came to the delivery address, despite the message on the site where it says that the deliveryman, having seen no one, would have left a calling card. i never saw this calling card. the parcel was dropped off at a relay point 35 km from the delivery address. i got it back in a bad state (smashed cardboard box, case, where the delivery note and order form were open), i'm very disappointed with the delivery.

The milk tubes don't match the description or the photo, they're much thinner, bend a lot more between milking two cows and the bend persists during milking.
