Good afternoon, shipments to the Canary Islands are by sea transport, and only one ship leaves a week from the peninsula (on Fridays). It is sent with the company that is used; we regret that due to issues beyond our control, delays in customs or the transport company itself may have caused a delay, but these are things we cannot control.
