I did not receive the correct product and I received no response to my exchange request.

The box was not opened carefully. The tip of the knife is bent. The blade of the second knife is chipped.

The gun is delivered "empty", so it is useless.

I ordered a black leather Leatherman case for 30 euros, only to receive a brown leather case for 28 euros.... However, it was sent the day before for the next day and well packaged...

Thank you for the shipment which was fast and well packaged.
As for the product, I am disappointed. For me, it is not a self-defense tool but rather for training. This mistake is partly my fault since I did not inform myself about the G10 material.
No sharp edge.

The delivery of the package was very fast. I ordered a collectible Swiss knife titled 'Year of the Snake', but I noticed that the golden presentation card of the Chinese sign was folded. This is not normal for a new item...

... recently I received a ballistic chronograph FX and a screen for., -the screen is new -normal, but the chronograph is incomplete (missing: spare cord, manual and fixing elastic), with signs of wear and its packaging torn.-This is not acceptable at all when you pay for a new product!!!

I received my 1911 scratched at the level of the bolt catch while it is new. They were aware and sent it as is without even mentioning this 'detail'. Reason why it was not for sale on site. But by mail, we try. I called them to report the problem and they offered me a commercial gesture. I accepted it but still haven't seen it despite my follow-ups. I will not order from them again.

For now I am waiting for the response from customer service because I did not receive it during the holidays and I think the package was stolen..

Customer service never replied after a false and misleading listing.

Fast shipping, however I placed two orders, and on both, an issue.
I first ordered a Bastinelli the sanction, the knife is very good but the kydex sheath does not match the kydex sheath presented in the knife's presentation photo.
Second order, I ordered an Akeron Eklipse orange g10 plus two soft loops, I received two different soft loops, one in rubber and the other in polymer fabric and it was missing the snap button, so unusable.

They are sellers... the shipped item was not the right one, I had to return it... so 15 days between payment and receipt of my glasses... no commercial gesture, no apology note in the second package, I will not recommend...

It was terrible, the shop is located in France but I wanted the item to be delivered in the UK, at the checkout I paid an item price plus shipping price above 18 pounds. But turns out when UPS delivered the item to the PO box in the UK, they had to collect 87 more pounds for delivery.

Very mixed, call to warn that they have a shipping issue (that's good) and promise to make a small gesture in compensation. Obviously, there was no gesture for the delay caused, if you can't take responsibility for your proposals, don't make them.
So it makes me doubt their seriousness in case of a more important issue.

Incomplete package

The item received is not the one ordered.

Hello, I had bought a stiletto which once handled showed, how to say... very poor quality. The safety system was moving around in its housing. On the positive side, you immediately suggested I return it, which I did after my phone call. I am now waiting for confirmation that the package containing the knife has indeed reached you to proceed with the transfer of the refund for the above item to my bank account. Problem with my order, I was sent the wrong model of knife...
I contact customer service which is very responsive and we proceed to the exchange without problems, it just took a few more days.
But upon receipt of the second package, it is indeed the right knife but it is not the case I ordered.
I contact customer service again and there are neither responses nor apologies...
In short, mixed feelings for a store that wants to be serious.

The pepper spray ordered is tiny, while the photo is large, it's a trick of the eye!
How to sell such a small pepper spray, there is no interest and especially for that price, it's disappointing.

My order took a very long time to be sent. After having contacted the team several times by phone to make sure I was getting the Maverick vp edition prepared, I was not informed about my request. Moreover, the announcement said that the weapon was delivered in a case, received in a box. After my call, I was told that a mistake had been made on the announcement and they committed to sending me a case but then called me back to cancel that commitment. For 1400 € spent honestly, I am disappointed.

Order not received, Armes Bastille is reluctant to resend my order and asks me for a lot of paperwork. Do not order on their site because if the delivery person makes a mistake, it's the customer who suffers!!

The items I wish to order are not delivered in Belgium. I cannot give a positive rating.

Order placed on 09/03/2022, received on 22/03/2022: the order tracking has not been updated since 11/03/2022. I was therefore left without information for 10 days for transport costs charged at €39.

Money comes before customer satisfaction. Too bad

Package crushed

I ordered a Microtech Troodon knife .. so great they have the reference and the price is as expected. However, I did not receive the correct version! Okay, I reply to the email that it's fine with me but I would at least like the invoice to match... and nothing, no response. A bit disappointing for my first order.

While the order was delivered quickly and refunded within a reasonable time, the attitude of the employee I dealt with was extremely unpleasant. I returned a Chris Reeve knife (I own 3 of the same model in Small version) as it was impossible to open with one hand: for a knife of this price, it is unacceptable, especially since I had never had this problem with this brand (I admit to having CRs dating from 2009 to 2016 for the Inkosi small, and I know that many rumors speak of a constantly declining quality both in terms of adjustments and heat treatment). After being told that I needed to grease it, disassemble it, and readjust it myself (a shame for a new high-end knife), I was met with contemptuous remarks after receiving my return: while I had cut my thumb trying to open the knife with the thumb stud, the employee told me it was

Received the incorrect product. The item that was pictured on the website was not the one that was being sold. Then they refused to cover return shipping.

The site does not indicate that a weapon is second-hand. Moreover, the information about 15 days to change your mind does not apply to weapons.

Got a Combat Troodon with obvious marks that somebody tried to sharpen / resharpen the factory edge - and done a poor job. Not happy with that on a quite expensive knife sold as new...

Hello. You are asking me to write a review for something I have not yet received. I will only tell you that for a collector, it is very important that shipments are not delayed. I have bought knives from Italy, Germany, Finland and everywhere via UPS. The shipping cost me about half of yours. The main thing is that I received it within 3 days. So I advise you to please change shipping company because Chronopost is very bad and loses customers. Thank you.
