I take away two stars: a box of FX Airguns pellets opened during transport due to insufficient packaging. Result: damaged and probably lost pellets. A sturdier packaging would be the minimum for a professional. ★★★ (site, product selection, FX Airguns dealer)

The gun is delivered "empty", so it is useless.

Thank you for the shipment which was fast and well packaged. As for the product, I am disappointed. For me, it is not a self-defense tool but rather for training. This mistake is partly my fault since I did not inform myself about the G10 material. No sharp edge.

Cable a bit short and manometer on the output and not the content.

I received my product on time. However, I found it unfortunate that there was not more customer reception. By offering training services or internships, for example.

I received my purchase well and I wanted to say that opening the OTF knife, which is done by sliding the tab, requires a very strong thumb action, and closing it as well. It is really difficult for me to open and close this beautiful object, too bad.

The delivery of the package was very fast. I ordered a collectible Swiss knife titled 'Year of the Snake', but I noticed that the golden presentation card of the Chinese sign was folded. This is not normal for a new item...

... recently I received a ballistic chronograph FX and a screen for., -the screen is new -normal, but the chronograph is incomplete (missing: spare cord, manual and fixing elastic), with signs of wear and its packaging torn.-This is not acceptable at all when you pay for a new product!!!

I find that the packaging is not very well designed, the tanto was out of the case and while trying to take it out of the package I cut myself.

Late and difficult delivery

Very good communication with the merchant. Product shipped promptly and received very quickly. However, very poor packaging: box too big and rifle and supplied accessories not secured in the box. Result: exploded cartridge boxes in the box and cartridges scattered loose. Muzzle end not well protected (just bubble wrap when it needed a box or rigid foam in addition) which means that the unsecured weapon being tossed around inside the box, the muzzle end pierced the bubble wrap (photo available). The muzzle end was slightly scratched but fortunately came out without any major scratches which is the main thing. Too bad for this last important point, otherwise the service deserved 5 stars!

I received my 1911 scratched at the level of the bolt catch while it is new. They were aware and sent it as is without even mentioning this 'detail'. Reason why it was not for sale on site. But by mail, we try. I called them to report the problem and they offered me a commercial gesture. I accepted it but still haven't seen it despite my follow-ups. I will not order from them again.

The navigation on the site is good. The product is very good. The order was slightly delayed although communication with the seller was good.

Does not work properly. No functionality Open in a new tab when browsing items. Not well optimized for mobile devices. No clear return policy. High shipping costs. Competitors offer free shipping or 50% lower.

For now I am waiting for the response from customer service because I did not receive it during the holidays and I think the package was stolen..

No order A/R ... too bad!

Hello, Fast shipping, however I placed two orders, and on both, an issue. I first ordered a Bastinelli the sanction, the knife is very good but the kydex sheath does not match the kydex sheath presented in the knife's presentation photo. Second order, I ordered an Akeron Eklipse orange g10 plus two soft loops, I received two different soft loops, one in rubber and the other in polymer fabric and it was missing the snap button, so unusable.

They are sellers... the shipped item was not the right one, I had to return it... so 15 days between payment and receipt of my glasses... no commercial gesture, no apology note in the second package, I will not recommend...

The knife ordered, a Microtech Exocet, had some play at the action button and the blade, which is surprising, having 3 myself and having had the opportunity to handle others, I admit to being disappointed. The after-sales service was very responsive but not clear enough in its answers and I still haven't found how to make the return for a refund.

Hello, first order for an amount of 888 Euros nonetheless. I had a question about one of the items but I was never answered (except by another question without follow-up) and I had to inquire elsewhere to be reassured. I find the customer service of Parisian shops often terrible and this one unfortunately just confirmed it (they are probably too jaded). I will no longer order from them in the future and I advise you against it, unless like me you have no choice because they are the only ones with the desired item in stock. Best regards. Jean-Luc.

Very mixed, call to warn that they have a shipping issue (that's good) and promise to make a small gesture in compensation. Obviously, there was no gesture for the delay caused, if you can't take responsibility for your proposals, don't make them. So it makes me doubt their seriousness in case of a more important issue.

Incomplete package

Following my last order, I give 3 stars because the inside of the package is not well protected, thus damaged, after alerting customer service, a commercial gesture was made, so I add 2 stars and I will continue to order if needed.

The quality of the appearance of the soul is worse than the equinox, as for the case, the equinox has a very neat locking mechanism, the sfs is much harder and has no neat locking. That said, I do not regret my purchase, although this will be the last one at arme Bastille.

I found the adapter I was looking for difficult to find elsewhere. Except that the model received does not match the photo on the site as there is no possibility to tighten it with a key. It looks like an unfinished piece. Well, it works very well by clamping it in the vise, I managed to show it well tightened....

The item received is not the one ordered.

Hello, I had bought a stiletto which once handled showed, how to say... very poor quality. The safety system was moving around in its housing. On the positive side, you immediately suggested I return it, which I did after my phone call. I am now waiting for confirmation that the package containing the knife has indeed reached you to proceed with the transfer of the refund for the above item to my bank account. I always place my order, but I am still waiting for the seal and the needle of the cocking lever on the FX airgun MAVERICK ordered in January 2022. (Agreement to contact by phone), you lack seriousness.

Problem with my order, I was sent the wrong model of knife... I contact customer service which is very responsive and we proceed to the exchange without problems, it just took a few more days. But upon receipt of the second package, it is indeed the right knife but it is not the case I ordered. I contact customer service again and there are neither responses nor apologies... In short, mixed feelings for a store that wants to be serious.

The pepper spray ordered is tiny, while the photo is large, it's a trick of the eye! How to sell such a small pepper spray, there is no interest and especially for that price, it's disappointing.
