I did not receive the correct product and I received no response to my exchange request.
The box was not opened carefully. The tip of the knife is bent. The blade of the second knife is chipped.
I ordered a black leather Leatherman case for 30 euros, only to receive a brown leather case for 28 euros.... However, it was sent the day before for the next day and well packaged...
For now I am waiting for the response from customer service because I did not receive it during the holidays and I think the package was stolen..
Customer service never replied after a false and misleading listing.
It was terrible, the shop is located in France but I wanted the item to be delivered in the UK, at the checkout I paid an item price plus shipping price above 18 pounds. But turns out when UPS delivered the item to the PO box in the UK, they had to collect 87 more pounds for delivery.
Unfortunately, no welcome gesture, excessive prices, and no responses to requests.
Order not received, Armes Bastille is reluctant to resend my order and asks me for a lot of paperwork. Do not order on their site because if the delivery person makes a mistake, it's the customer who suffers!!
The items I wish to order are not delivered in Belgium. I cannot give a positive rating.
Order placed on 09/03/2022, received on 22/03/2022: the order tracking has not been updated since 11/03/2022. I was therefore left without information for 10 days for transport costs charged at €39.
Money comes before customer satisfaction. Too bad

Received the incorrect product. The item that was pictured on the website was not the one that was being sold. Then they refused to cover return shipping.
The site does not indicate that a weapon is second-hand. Moreover, the information about 15 days to change your mind does not apply to weapons.

Unpleasant service, I bought a knife on their site and the next day I exchanged it in the store for another model, the seller refused to provide me with a new invoice or warranty

Being closed this Monday, your order was prepared, packaged and dropped off at the post office on Tuesday 13/04/2021 at 16:30.
The tracking of your package shows us that the post started the delivery on Wednesday 14/04/2021.
We are Thursday 15/04/2021.

NON-EXISTENT customer service. It has been a week since I contacted them to report a quality issue with one of the three knives. Still no response
Fast delivery but I ordered FX 5.5 pellets and I was delivered JSB pellets.
