The site is very poorly designed for searching articles, lack of search filters by brand or other. A real hassle to find your way around and practically no comments or descriptions on the articles. It's a real physical store that has also made a website. In terms of pricing, they are a bit above the market and no commercial gesture even after spending over 2500€ with them. Too bad.
My order took a very long time to be sent. After having contacted the team several times by phone to make sure I was getting the Maverick vp edition prepared, I was not informed about my request. Moreover, the announcement said that the weapon was delivered in a case, received in a box. After my call, I was told that a mistake had been made on the announcement and they committed to sending me a case but then called me back to cancel that commitment. For 1400 € spent honestly, I am disappointed.
Effective if you know what you are looking for; significantly less friendly if you are looking for information, such as the available "necks" in the general offer.

The delivery is not perfect, once the item arrives in the destination country, in my case Italy, it loses track. Maybe shipping with a private courier would be faster and cheaper.
I ordered a Microtech Troodon knife .. so great they have the reference and the price is as expected. However, I did not receive the correct version! Okay, I reply to the email that it's fine with me but I would at least like the invoice to match... and nothing, no response. A bit disappointing for my first order.
While the order was delivered quickly and refunded within a reasonable time, the attitude of the employee I dealt with was extremely unpleasant. I returned a Chris Reeve knife (I own 3 of the same model in Small version) as it was impossible to open with one hand: for a knife of this price, it is unacceptable, especially since I had never had this problem with this brand (I admit to having CRs dating from 2009 to 2016 for the Inkosi small, and I know that many rumors speak of a constantly declining quality both in terms of adjustments and heat treatment). I was looking for a book to give as a gift, I only found it in stock on this site. No issues with reception but shipping costs are way too high, over 9€ for a book that isn't really heavy, that seems unjustified to me.
Got a Combat Troodon with obvious marks that somebody tried to sharpen / resharpen the factory edge - and done a poor job. Not happy with that on a quite expensive knife sold as new...

I have bought knives from Italy, Germany, Finland and everywhere via UPS. The shipping cost me about half of yours. The main thing is that I received it within 3 days. So I advise you to please change shipping company because Chronopost is very bad and loses customers. Thank you.

I reported that the leather of the ordered product looked a bit cheap considering the price (especially since shipping costs equal 20% of the product price) but I was called that it is a new series from the manufacturer.

Very good! Except for the product price which, because it is a limited edition, was much more expensive on this site than in the states it originates from.
It would be good to be able to benefit from another postal service, posted on 01/13/2020 and 3 days later still in transit on a logistics platform... In the meantime, I received deliveries from China for orders placed the same day...
Cool but not enough choice
I am moderately satisfied. I ordered a Microtech Ludt knife for €360 and it turns out it has a slight lateral play. The customer service from Armes Bastille mentioned that it was normal for an automatic knife... I have doubts! I am a knife collector and my Zero Tolerance knives have no play! I had this play on a Spyderco Paramilitary 2, but we are not in the same price range. Even my black Douk Douk at €22 has no lateral play... So disappointed with the response and keeping a €360 knife (when you pay the price, it's for zero defects!) with lateral play...
I don't speak French? Maybe send this also in English?
The old site was more detailed, there was the possibility to consult a larger number of items online. in terms of the order, the processing is quick but in terms of delivery, it's a bit slower.
