Hello, I had bought a stiletto which once handled showed, how to say... very poor quality. The safety system was moving around in its housing. On the positive side, you immediately suggested I return it, which I did after my phone call. I am now waiting for confirmation that the package containing the knife has indeed reached you to proceed with the transfer of the refund for the above item to my bank account. Extremely fast shipping and very well protected by small foams. The pack and the knife are very nice and conform to the site. The only downside, which is in no way the fault of the site Armesbastille, is that after an order of 430€ and an email received insisting that this package is insured and that it is necessary to check beforehand if there are no problems before signing. I asked several times at the post office to open it to check the condition of the merchandise before signing (which is my right to remind). After 3 rather cold refusals, I was forced to sign at my own risk, trusting Armesbastille... Thank you for not wasting my money and for taking my order seriously 🙂
