I'm as happy as ever with Ayurvana products, a benchmark for me. I regularly take Triphala powder and Boswelia tablets, which we use as a family. They're a real help in maintaining our health, whether taken occasionally or as regular cures. I recommend Boswelia for its complete action on the whole body - digestion, respiratory and chronic pain - and Triphala as a support for the digestive system (liver and intestines) in addition to a healthy, balanced diet, of course.
