Still nothing received, probably a problem with the post
The delivery was made to the wrong address for the second time.
Hello, I just received the five 100g packs of Tulsi, the composition announced on your site is Krishna Tulsi Leaves* (Ocimum sanctum), Rama Tulsi* (Ocimum ternuiflorum), which motivated me to order from you and the 50/50 (as your site suggests) for a more pronounced taste with 50% Rama, but I received Krishna/Vana/and Rama. I am therefore waiting to receive my five packs with the correct composition, or failing that, a refund. Response from Ayur-vana, return your packages, we will refund you. The return shipping costs are at my expense, and no apology!!!

We completely understand your frustration: you chose our product based on the announced composition, and you did not receive exactly what you expected.
AYur-vana is a small family-owned French company, and we care about satisfying our customers as best we can. However, it can happen that our responsiveness is impacted due to our small structure, which unfortunately explains that the update of the bulk Tulsi information on our site was not made at the exact moment we started sending the new product composition.

The delivery was supposed to be made to a pickup point next to my house 250 m which is always open. It was delivered to a pickup point 2.5 km away. I was too tired to go get it. Therefore, I did not receive my order.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and the delivery problem you experienced. After a more detailed review of your order tracking, it turns out that the carrier decided to change the drop-off point of your package for no apparent reason. Unfortunately, we are dependent on our carrier and cannot control all of their actions. However, we have conveyed your dissatisfaction to them and insisted that this does not happen again in the future.
We also took the liberty of sending you an email inviting you to reassess your shopping experience. Our customers' feedback is very important to us and helps us continuously improve and provide the best. We would therefore be extremely grateful if you could give us more feedback and ideally not take this unfortunate delivery experience into account, over which we unfortunately have no influence.
