These two products (guggul and ashwagandha) have changed my daily life. As a hypothyroid on levothyrox, I was suffering from persistent fatigue on certain days. I first took guggul (2 gels/d). The result was almost immediate (1 day): well-being guaranteed... I added ashwagandga 2 months later because I knew that the combination of these 2 plants was required in cases of hypothyroidism... 2nd quantifiable effect: incredible resistance to effort after 5/6 days, and better sleep too.
