If I could give Bakkie ten stars, I would. Not only has my evo pannier solved my problem of being able to pick my kid up from school with his bike so we can ride home together, the customer service is truly amazing. Bruno was incredibly kind and generous through a stolen package snafu and I’m forever grateful for his excellent customer service.

I am very satisfied! It offers a lot of space for storage. If you don't want to roll the closure or just once: A space miracle! The attachment is secure and good. Light. Converted to weight/transport volume even lighter. Good shape and therefore a lot of foot freedom when pedaling. The only disadvantage: when empty, the bag tips over. I would buy it again.
