I never received my package. School bag ordered on the 15th, it is now August 27 and still not delivered to GLS... really disappointed.

Order accepted and 'shipped' but not updated on the GLS site, I send a message to customer service who tells me that the order cannot be processed to my country. If I hadn't sent a message, I wouldn't have been notified, I ask for a quote for shipping costs to my country but no more response. Very unfortunate and disappointed, a refund will be requested.
