The ordered poster arrived damaged, that can happen so we contact customer service... a real disaster we had to contact them 6 times before getting a status on our exchange request, a real obstacle course, 0 for customer follow-up. More than a month after our exchanges we finally received our poster properly packaged with a very good final rendering.

The package was sent in a folded cardboard box and not in a specific box. I am disappointed because they order products from another company and resell them much more expensive. They do not take the trouble to send it in an adapted box. I am very surprised.

Cardboard display stand quality, however, the transport service and especially customer service need to be greatly improved! I must say that I am a bit disappointed with the preparation time - not having seen that the item was out of stock at the time of adding it to the cart - and once received, it turns out that there is no explanatory diagram for properly applying the wallpaper which seems poorly calibrated :-/ Otherwise, customer service is responsive to emails. Nothing to say about that.
