Hello Gentiane, As we mentioned, your complete bed pack order is in 3 packages. You have received the 3 packages which arrived with delays of one or two days. This delay happens in Belgium (where you are) but also in France. Especially during the Christmas period when traffic is very heavy. Hello, I ordered a Winnie the Pooh wallpaper. I took the one at 97€ following exchanges with Baby Gavroche. The person indicated to me that the quality is better and that the installation would be simplified. I installed it yesterday... a disaster for the installation... moreover there are a few small holes (which I only noticed once I applied the glue) so impossible to return it. The exchanges with the person went well. The quality is not there. I leave you to reconnect me if you wish
