The packaging box was completely dislocated and the pump to inflate the bed is totally ineffective

The complete kit is great, the quality of the bed is there. Just missing a fitted sheet, indicated in the kit parts but not received. A small downside on the delivery in 3 packages, one would have sufficed, I recommend this bed kit.
