Mixed opinion for the moment but I'm hopeful that the situation will improve. Ordered 2 complete outfits in size M. The parcel arrived, the quality seemed good, but one of the tops was neither the right model nor the right size. Call to customer service where I was told I had to send photos to prove the error by e-mail. The person did not apologize on behalf of the company. Total I send an e-mail, they can't open the photos.... We'll get there eventually, I hope, but let's just say it's not very convenient.... And I'm wasting time here.... So mixed feelings

I think the application is great, well designed and easy to use. The price is right and the availability of the webmasters is assured. The only downside is that many of the options are not free. I had ordered from you and I was disappointed to see that my purchase had been taken into account but not the sending of this article and that I had to intervene by writing to you so that you could send it to me.
