Very professional company. Package delivered in perfect condition and on time. However, I have a minor problem with the quality of the fabric used to support the beautiful motifs. Products poorly packaged, promised glass towel not supplied. The "Ponte Vecchio" table runner does not conform at all to the item displayed: "gilding intensified by a flamboyant red" and visible on the site as such becomes a dull garnet with a beige/sandy lap, absolutely neither gilded nor flamboyant as promised on the images and item description. Very disappointed.

However, we deplored the fact that the delivery conditions were not at all in accordance with what had been indicated to us (with confidential code and signature...which required us to be present at all times!)
