If it was a gift, it was all very positive. I know that within Madrid if it is delivered by a bellboy. But the great thing would have been that outside Madrid capital was also so. Best regards

I did not see in the purchase process that it was going to be delivered a day later because it was in Zaragoza. There was a risk that the recipient was no longer in the Hospital and it would have been useful to have that information to manage it. Thank you!

It would be of great help to the buyer if when the order is accepted, the approximate time of delivery is informed, so as not to be calling or asking the company. The information they give has a very wide time range, which in the absence of gratitude from the receiver, it is doubtful whether the delivery has been made to the correct address.

The order arrived very quickly and they loved it. It is a beautiful detail with the card and the presentation. The only downside is that I tried to buy another item that was similar with a teddy bear and the link did not work. I also would have liked to be able to choose a simple paper basket like the one you sent with other gifts but the simple one is not sold separately. Anyway I will repeat and I would recommend it without a doubt, it is a cute detail. Thank you

I appreciate the call that was made to me when I realized that the color I had chosen for clothes "did not correspond" to the sex of the baby. I put it in parenthesis because nowadays I think it doesn't matter what color you choose, but in my case it was a mistake. Thank you, very good service.

I think it makes the "uniformed bellboy" service very expensive, which is actually what we value the least. Otherwise, the follow-up and service are very good.
