In the notes I clearly specified that I was asking that before the gift was sent to Alex, to call him to see if he was in the hospital or at home. I placed the order on Friday I think or Saturday so things could have changed, the location of him, I am in Dubai and don't know at the minute where he is. Still no one called him and delivered the gift to the doorman, too bad! You should have called Alex as I requested in the note.

They took 4 days to deliver, in Madrid capital ::-( when I asked for explanations they gave me several excuses, assuring me that they would deliver the order immediately and they did not comply since they took a total of 4 days. This is the first time this has happened to me. In my other experiences the delivery has always been perfect.
