The experience is smooth and easy. What I liked is being constantly updated on the status of delivery as I am ordering from Singapore. What I don't like is what was delivered looked different from the picture I see from the website, the packaging was not not at all, and the items looked squashed together and messy. It has none of the elegance and class I saw from the picture I see on the website. You can contact me to show you the photograph which my friend took when he received my gift.
A purchase made on the 7th/8th in the morning, today the 11th/8th has still not been delivered. I have purchased on other occasions and it has not taken this long, I understand that it was done directly from Barcelona. Unfortunately, it is not what I expected.
The truth is that the order on the website seemed better to me. The medal didn't come, it happened to me before with another one I made.
No shipping information
When I placed the order it was impossible to attach a logo. As a suggestion for improvement, as a company we would like to receive a photo of how the gift looks like. The recipient received the gift later than expected.
