The gift is very complete and of high quality. Very high perceived value by the parents. For our part, the shopping experience was fine. Although, some failure in the e-commerce when choosing the options (adds the personalized bibs and when duplicating the order by mistake and delete, it stays). It makes the total higher. It is a small error. On the other hand, in the personalization of the bib there was an error with the names but when we contacted customer service they solved it quickly. Therefore, the level of attention and response is very good, in line with the quality of the product. We would recommend it and will probably repeat.
