When I was tracking the order, it said "SHIPPED", which does not seem to me to be a clear concept, since I did not know if my friend had received it. I think it would be enough to put a legend of the different statuses that an order goes through: Prepared/Dispatched/Shipped (which would be clearer IN DELIVERY)/ Delivered.
