On your website it should be announced that, given the current situation caused by COVID19, you do not deliver to hospitals (which seems logical to me), which is precisely why I chose the service you offer, delivery to the hospital room or clinic. I don't find it fair to the customers that we find out after we have placed the order and made the payment, by means of a phone call. If you announced it, perhaps we would consider whether or not to make the purchase. That is why I have lowered the score.
