The shopping experience was fine, but I was surprised that the package arrived on a Friday when I said it would be delivered the following Monday.

We were very happy, both for the wide variety of things to choose from the website and the good disposition of the people who attended me.

I am a loyal customer of yours, from different companies where I have worked for many years. Now, from an NGO, I see that you maintain an impeccable service but I do not value so much the "staging" as the figure of the bellboy, as the content and perhaps I see less justified the high prices.

The shopping experience has been good, fast delivery and good presentation, they solve all your doubts immediately ... the reason for not putting 5 stars is because they had a small failure and an item was missing but I have to say in their favor that immediately got in touch and resolved it. I would definitely recommend this site and I will count on it for future purchases.

On your website it should be announced that, given the current situation caused by COVID19, you do not deliver to hospitals (which seems logical to me), which is precisely why I chose the service you offer, delivery to the hospital room or clinic. I don't find it fair to the customers that we find out after we have placed the order and made the payment, by means of a phone call. If you announced it, perhaps we would consider whether or not to make the purchase. That is why I have lowered the score.

Very good service and products. I would improve the delivery box as it was not suitable for the basket I ordered, the size was bigger than the box and it did not come well cared for.

The card with the sms, to the surprise of the receiver, was not as visible as he thought it would be, and it took them a while to find out who the sender of the package was.
