Good morning. The gift was delivered very early in the morning and the notice reached me in the afternoon. The shopping experience was easy. It could be an improvement to be able to choose a delivery time slot in case the customer prefers to choose a later delivery time. In my case, they were asleep at the time of delivery. Thank you very much and best regards.

Very friendly on the phone and fast and efficient service, suggestions for improvement: -More beige options for the personalized layette -It is not intuitive to add the layette or basket at the end of the process. I had to call because I thought I was not doing it right.

Super fast service, I have used it on a couple of occasions and it has always been a resounding success. Both the baskets and the way of delivery, a 10 for the service, 100% recommendable.

The presentation and delivery service was perfect. It would be even better if the same products were available in other "gender-neutral" shades, for example, aqua green, beige, yellow, since the shade of gray is a bit strong. Otherwise, very happy.
