Great experience! We chose paris baby to make a very special gift to my work colleagues, who give birth almost at the same time. Very fast, I bought it on Saturday night and we received it on Tuesday in Valencia. It was all personalized with the name of the babies, embroidered bib, towels .... personalized pacifier ... The presentation very nice !!!! The future moms delighted ... and I as the person in charge more than satisfied. Congratulations for the great work done to the whole team !!!!! Safe

It is for a gift. The person who received it was very happy, all the content is beautiful and quality. The only complaint I have is that on the web, several times I got the message "order it before midnight and it will arrive tomorrow" or "delivery in 24 hours". And it turns out that since I ordered a personalized pacifier for which it takes some time to engrave the name, the gift could not arrive within 24 hours. When I ordered the pacifier, there was no notice that more time was needed. When I clicked on the personalized pacifier, I was supposed to get a notice like "Attention, this product needs 48 hours to be manufactured and therefore the layette cannot be delivered within 24 hours". There was no warning. However, when I complained, the customer service was quick and friendly in their response.

Expensive packaging for what it contains, but what it contains is great.
