Overall happy, I had to make a layette to my liking because being twins did not leave me the option to buy the one they had made. I took what I liked the most and they had the detail to call me to suggest a change and also put two pairs of booties that came as a gift. Very nice

Yes, overall very good service. I suggest that they deliver on weekends, and at least Friday afternoon and Saturday morning because in the event that the mother gives birth on a Friday, she could be discharged on Sunday or Monday morning in which case the gift would not arrive on time.
