Navigation on the site was good, the order went well but I received the car seat in black when I had ordered it in gray. I have to keep it but I'm very disappointed.

Terrible, you need a car that supports the fixing system. + High shipping costs. Result: Almost €200 in the trash.

Response from BEBE2LUXE
Hello, this is the principle of an isofix car seat; the product listing clearly states that the fixings are isofix and not with the seatbelt, which means your vehicle must be equipped with the isofix system to install the seat. We have sent you several emails offering free return for a refund, but to date we have not received any response. Best regards, the Bebe2luxe team.

A bit disappointed because it's not easy to handle; when I installed it, I moved it and it broke (not much) but you can't really position it as you want, which is a shame.
