Difficult to sort through the different car seats on the market, between technical skills, prices, tests, reviews, in short, a real headache. But what made the difference is the level of empathy from the after-sales service team, impeccable follow-up, top delivery (2 days early, as I had requested to receive it on my son's birthday), personalized follow-up, well done to the whole team. A very intuitive website and very easy ordering process. I highly recommend this great team.

Very good site with quick shipping, however change the delivery service because GLS is impossible to reach by phone after 3 calls of over 10 minutes, an unpleasant lady who hangs up on us. Otherwise, baby 2 luxury super site and very responsive to our delivery problem.
