1/ Quality of the bike: nothing to say so far. 2/ Delay in the arrival of the order. 3/ Bike not equipped upon delivery, while your site does not mention that accessories are to be assembled by the buyer. 4/ The fixing screws for the luggage rack were missing and were delivered (very kindly by France) afterwards.
Thank you for your feedback on the quality of our bikes. Deliveries are carried out by external companies, as is the case for all our distance selling colleagues, we do everything to minimize delays but it still happens sometimes unfortunately. The mudguards and luggage racks are clearly indicated as "accessories" on the site, we thought this made it clear that they needed to be assembled, but following your comment we will clarify this point further. We wish your young cyclist a good ride!

Everything has been handled and done correctly...
Got a wobbly rear wheel and has to exchange that. Not a very smooth experience with different logistic company’s etc.
We are sorry to hear that one of the wheels of your bike was damaged during transport. Unfortunately, despite our precautions, protections, and the image on the box, we are not immune to such incidents. We can, of course, send you a new wheel at our expense or cover the replacement cost if you have already replaced it. Additionally, as compensation for the inconvenience, we are offering you a helmet and a sheet of stickers to ensure the safety and fun of your rider. The draisienne I bought is superb, and Beemov is a responsive and reliable company. Perfect.
Very light and good quality.
Very nice bike. Easy assembly with good chain and brake presets. My son, who used to ride the draisienne, was able to keep his balance while pedaling on the second day. Small suggestion: replace the saddle tightening screw requiring a wrench with a tool-free tightening handle. This could come in handy when you're out and about and several children of different sizes are riding the bike one after the other.
My grandson is very happy to use your bike. Thanks to its lightness, he pedals upright, lets go with one hand, and catches up easily after a slip. Well done, thanks to you too.

The size scale for determining the right bike size is a must when ordering online. As for the bike itself, my daughter and I think it's great. It's great stuff - and I've been cycling intensively for 30 years. The electric blue color is truly magnificent - the photos on the site don't give the same impression - in real life, it's even more sparkling. In short, I highly recommend your bikes....
