They mistakenly sent me a cognac instead of the (expensive) wine that I ordered. They did, however, fix their mistake and sent me the correct bottle. They offered me to buy the cognac for a discounted price, but this "discounted price" was higher than I could find in other shops. They sent me a return label for the cognac that did not work, so I had to go to the DHL shop twice. In the end I just got a lot of trouble and no compensation at all.

It has arrived safely. The packaging was average for overseas shipping, and I didn't feel uneasy about future orders. It took 16 days from ordering to arrival. Compared to the average number of days it takes for alcoholic beverages from France to be 6-8 days, it was an uneasy day until it arrived.
