Easy to install, it has been in place for 2 weeks and I feel that the water is softer and has less limescale.
Reactivity to questions, good contact, good information. Products suitable for my small apartment (mi-power pack + 3-way purifier). I am really very happy with it. The products are of high quality and the water is now much better.

I just changed my water purifier faucet for a second identical one, but this one seems to be of better quality regarding the seal (one-piece block!) non-removable. I used 3.8 m3 of drinking water with the previous one before changing it: (to have installed an additional water meter at the time) I am very happy with this latest model. The product is in accordance with the order but since it is a consumable it is a pity that there are no precise technical specifications to find it closer to home: for 1 gasket there are more than 6.00€ in shipping costs => I ordered 6 units to 'offset' the shipping costs!

Too bad the quartz glass of the lamp was broken upon opening the package.
After searching for several months for the spare part for my three-way tap, I was contacted as soon as the part was available and I received everything within a week. The only small problem was the very high shipping cost compared to the value of the part. But for the rest, everything was perfect.
When you want explanations, they provide them along with advice.
