I got exactly what I ordered and it came pretty quickly considering it was an international order.

Dealing with Black Armoury has been an absolute pleasure. Their product line is exceptional and their customer service is far better than exceptional, if such a thing exists. I was concerned about their ability to get my gloves to me in the states in a timely manner and then my boyfriend's gloves, of the exact same kind, were delivered in exactly the same number of days as were mine. I had the great pleasure of corresponding with Anthony, from Black Armoury, a few times during this process and he was truly a gem to deal with. My boyfriend is now completely open to doing business with them, which he had been reluctant to do so prior to my fine experience. They are a stellar organization and I have nothing but positives to share about working with them.

Very good for finding "re-enactment+++" material..... catalog varies a bit so we often have to search for stuff, but I like this site.

Our masks could not be shipped on time so they kindly offered to change for available ones with no overcost and sent them on time for the competition (which was ultimately cancelled though...) Thanks a lot !

Once elivered it was all good, but customer service was bad and even arrogant at times, coupled qith delivery times about 1 month longer than advertised

Quality products, but I had to wait a while for restocking, which happens frequently for some products.

The site is well designed and easy to navigate to where you want to go. Customer service is also helpful. The selection of gear available at Black Armoury is also nice.

Ordered on Sunday from the UK, delivery received from France the folling Tuesday - quicker than most UK based companies and especially impressive during COVID lockdown.

Great service overall. Normally I'd give one star less because of the longer time before the goods were shipped but this was compensated by a freebie product with nice communication attached and the current world situation. Keep up the good work!

So mostly they answer your e mails very fast, but sometimes they tend to forget, so you don't get an answer at all. So you have to send multiple e mails to get it answered. The problem I encountered is not gonna happen to you. I ordered a 350 n jacket, but actually wanted a 800 n jacket. My mistake. So two weeks later I told them and the said it is finde. I just have to send them the money that was missing for the 800n version and wrote upgrade in the comment. However I got a 350 n jacket, but I paid for a 800 n one. Blackarmoury was very sorry for that and until the 800 n version was ready they allowed me to use the 350n version until the new one arrives. Though it took four to five months for it to arrive it finally did and I love this jacket. I fits great, it protects and it is pretty easy to move in and mist importantly it looks awesome xD.
