As a returning customer I am once again happy with the service and communication from the team at Black Armoury. The customised jacket I ordered fits great and looks both very robust and stylish. Delivery was postponed by some time due to circumstances outside of BA's control, but communication about this was quick and friendly.

Purchase November 2025 reception in April 2026.... I am still missing the pants.... To have the equipment for my needs, I had to agree to change the color of the helmet cover. Today the equipment was inaugurated for the medieval, it is of good quality. I would have given 5 stars if it hadn't been for this delay and the missing item. I hope the pants will arrive quickly.

The delivery of the jacket took longer than expected, but the product is excellent. As soon as customer service noticed the problem, I was treated as a priority and received compensation. Conclusion: I would buy this jacket again without hesitation!

Good Afternoon, My order never arrived and I can't find the tracking for it nor a way to track it via your site at all.

The product is really great but the delivery was very slow.

The fencing mask sent does not match the one ordered, it is a much cheaper and lower quality model. I requested to initiate the return process and asked to receive a prepaid shipping label, since the error is to be attributed to the seller, but I have not received a response.
