Bought and within 2 days it was shipped and delivered from Ukraine to texas they even prepped the pole axe for me

My sword took 5 months to be delivered. During which I had absolutely no information about what was going on despite messaging Black Armory multiple times through all the channels I could. It took threatening to cancel the purshase through paypal to get any sort of reaction from Black Armory

One of the two items in the order came damaged. I contacted the site and 4 days latter I'm still waiting on a response

The item fits perfectly, and I received the right size, however, be careful to tape the package along the entire length of the opening! Mine had suspicious marks around the opening as if someone had tried to force it... But apart from that, perfect! :D

Would recommend BlackArmoury. All in all the order was delivered on time. Due to an upcoming event, there were special needs, among others regarding delivery time, on my side, which BlackArmoury listened to and did it's best to accommodate them. The customer service was great, the communication clear and the full process transparent. all was handled pretty well.
