Good quality product, fast delivery, and especially a great customer service. The only flaw is the supplier of the foam shield and the embroidery which poses a problem.

Need more use

[EN/ES] EN: Good products, good price and safe purchase. The products arrived one month and five days after the purchase, but I understand it was due to the supplier and not Black Armoury. A card written in my language (spanish) begging for my pardon for the delay was delivered inside the box among the products, which was a great gesture showing quality and care for the costumer. I suggest to create an user in their website previously in order to check the status on your order instead of buying anything directly; otherwise it can be really difficult -barely impossible- to track the purchase. To sum up, I would highly recommend Black Armoury and I am sure I will buy again in the future. ES: Buenos productos, buen precio y compra segura. Los productos me llegaron un mes y cinco días después de la compra, pero esto de se debió al proveedor y no a Black Armoury. Entre los productos añadieron una tarjeta en español pidiendo disculpas por el retraso con el envío, lo que fue un gran gesto por su parte y que denota calidad y cuidado por el cliente. Sugiero crear un usuario previamente en la página web en vez de comprar directamente para poder comprobar el estado del pedido; de lo contrario puede ser bastante difícil –por no decir imposible- hacer el seguimiento de la compra. En resumen, recomiendo encarecidamente Black Armoury y estoy convencido que volveré a comprar en el futuro.

Great website, easy to navigate. Upon recieving order I noticed something wrong with one of my items. Sent an email back with pictures and got a reply back on that same day, that I would get a new item shipped to me and that I could sent the other one back free of charge. Really good service! Fast shipping, only took a few days after their vacation closedown, the package arrived fast, and with a personal apology from them, they even translated the "thank you" into my language. The items are as described and in a very good quality.

The gorget I ordered is exactly what it says on the box. What impressed me most was the brilliant service. From order to delivery was only a few days considering it arrived from France, very well packed. Highly recommended and I certainly will be ordering from Black Armoury in the future

Good product for sure, but manufacturing is long and communication about it was very late, I waited three mounths before getting any answer but when I finally got one, it was to say "sorry for the delay" and to ship it. Long manufacturing is understandable but communication could have been a beat better. Otherwise it was clear and easy to order,

Good quality Fast delivery

I have ordered from Black Armoury and even left a review in the past. I highlighted customer service as the reason for my previous positive review, but I have recently tried a few newer products designed (at least in part) and sold by the company as well. I am continually impressed with the quality of these offerings; unlike many other companies, Black Armoury is not simply copying the most common gear options with their own logo; they continue to innovate and bring new, useful designs to the HEMA scene, and I hope they continue to succeed as they do so.

The site is easy to use and placing the order was fairly smooth. Shipping to Canada was via DHL and it arrived in two weeks.

Very Kind Service!

Fast service. Products were packaged very well. Even added a hand written note because my feder was shipped in a separate parcel.

The shipment was late. Very late. I had no update on the situation, only that they have not yet recieved supply from their provider even though shop webside said this item was in stock. My emails were not responded to untill I wrote I will have to ask for refund and only after that time the item was sudenly available and was shipped to me.
