However, after checking the tracking, it seems that a delay was caused by Chronopost on 17/12, which indicates routing to another pickup point, which does not correspond to the deadlines of an express delivery. I want to assure you that, on my part, all steps were taken quickly, even during this busy holiday period. That said, I understand your dissatisfaction and I want to take my share of responsibility.
