Great site with an ultra responsive and precise customer service. The site is clear and there is a choice. The only downside for me is that the free shipping starts at a somewhat high amount (60€ for pickup points and 80€ for home delivery.) but I understand that shipping cannot be free for a small structure. I would also add that it's a shame that returns are paid for sale items. Other than that, I have already recommended this site and I am really satisfied with the quality and style of the products. At the end of the season, I will buy my future kimono for next season on this site for sure!

The site is cool, the only downside; the brand is a victim of its success, so there are many models out of stock. However, the easy and direct phone contact with the brand creator, a jjb practitioner, allowed me, as a beginner, to make my choice on the model as well as the size of my kimono with complete simplicity. A big thank you to Bôa that I highly recommend!
