Thank you for your message and your loyalty, which we fully recognize. Regarding your last order, we would like to remind you that it was shipped on time. The delivery delay (+6 days) is unfortunately related to the temporary closure of the selected relay point - a situation independent of our will and managed by Colissimo. We do not have an internal delivery fleet, and like many structures, we depend on national postal services, which can sometimes encounter logistical issues. As soon as you called, we proposed a concrete solution for you to receive the product quickly: placing a new order (with a commercial discount), shipping to a new valid address, in order to receive it within a maximum of 3 days. In the meantime, we initiated a claim procedure for the initial package. But you preferred to refuse this solution and immediately initiate a PayPal dispute, which had the effect of blocking the entire process and further delaying the receipt of the product. We understand your disappointment regarding the delay, but in this specific case, we showed listening and responsiveness, by offering you a quick and advantageous alternative, which you declined. Moreover, requesting a refund while the package is in transit and solutions have been proposed is not very constructive. Only one order placed but sent in two parts to addresses I did not choose (thanks to the carriers for calling me) it's like a treasure map to retrieve my packages,,, upon receipt, one item is missing that I still have not received, product description not compliant, I find myself with two invoices for one and the same order...
