I placed my order for 3 chains (necklace) to add a pendant that was given to me for my birthday. Unfortunately the clasp of one of the three chains arrived broken, leaving me to doubt the quality of the chains. I would like to make a return and be refunded.

Bof bof disappointed by the color it looks more like toque than anything else, and the size is the same I asked for a signet ring not an American point and the coffee seeds are tiny I expect better.
