Unfortunately the signet ring is bigger than I imagined...also, too many micro-scratches all around the cross 🙁 is it possible to return the product and receive in exchange a refund voucher to make another purchase or not? thank you.

Beautiful jewels but wrong size

It would be nice to do half sizes.

Very pretty jewelry, completely as described. But it's a shame there's no gift box with it or with the purchase proposal. Difficult to offer in a small pouch.

Since you asked, here's my opinion. I've ordered rings from several online suppliers, with the same measurement (size) and you're the only one for whom the ring is too small. I don't know what to do with it.

Given the retail price, I wasn't expecting a high quality piece of jewelry, and the imitation chrome shiny coating wasn't necessarily necessary, especially given the quality of the workmanship. On the other hand, the pattern and finish are exactly what I expected. It's a piece of jewelry that could be found at fairs.

I don't like it because the letter is too small and the bracelet is too big, but the delivery is perfect.

Hello, I ordered a wheel but the chain was too small compared to the first one I bought and so I lost the chain but not the wheel itself. So I'm disappointed that I can't put it on anymore. On top of that, it was more resistant than the one I ordered last year. If ever you can make a gesture for the chain because I do not intend to stop ordering from you ;). Sincerely M.Moquet

The size of the ring on top is small. For a man it doesn't fit. Also for sizes, you need intermediate sizes ( 1/2).
