Hello, I thought I would get a professional wholesale price by ordering the batch of 1200 Chupa Chups lollipops, but when I did the math, with the shipping costs, the lollipop is more expensive by 1 cent compared to a pack of 24 Chupa Chups seen in the supermarket (Carrefour)... extremely disappointed... so there is no point in ordering from you.
The items are of very good quality with a wide selection. I am satisfied.

Hello, I really liked the order itself, but I was disturbed by the fact that the delivery did not arrive as expected in 2-3 business days, but took longer. As a result, the items were not available in time for my sales event. Additionally, the squid-shaped candies were crushed and did not look nice. However, we are sincerely sorry for the delivery delay and the impact it may have had on your event. Although we do everything possible to ensure that the announced deadlines are met, it can unfortunately happen that some deliveries encounter unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Regarding the squid-shaped candies, we regret that they arrived damaged. We will pass this information on to our logistics team to improve the packaging of these more fragile products.
