I had customer service both on the phone and by email and I'm delighted. The young lady was very pleasant and quick. She answered all my questions and expectations. I got my lollipops from Marseille. The package was very well packaged but the berlingots were a bit chunky but that's not a big deal as the rest arrived in perfect condition.
