Good products, however I did not appreciate the aggressiveness of a colleague on the phone following the return of a pallet. Nowhere was it indicated that the pallet should not be returned. There are more appropriate ways to communicate with customers.

You ask me if I am satisfied with an order that has not yet been delivered. Delivery time not respected. This is my last order with bonbonrama because the shipping costs and the merchandise are expensive, I have compared with other suppliers.
