Delivery was fast. However, one of the two scarves I ordered was not wrapped in protective material. As for the quality of the items, I found that the value for money was not up to scratch. The originality of the gift comes more from the Élysée stamp than from the product itself.

Out of a total order of €66, a BIC pen arrived broken and a notebook with a cover in poor condition. Unworthy of a store bearing the colors of the Élysée Palace.

The items are always of French quality and manufacture, and the Présidence de la République Française logo always makes an impact, especially for gifts to French-speaking foreigners.

A good site, where I trust. What bothers me is the card that goes with it. Mr Macron for me is not my president and I would like to have a blue, white, red leather for my Georgette bracelet. Sincerely

Good customer support for an order that had trouble arriving. The problem was with the French and American postal services. In any case, very satisfied with the products and their French quality.

Prestige luxury at great and small prices. I discovered this boutique this year and it enabled me to make some very nice surprise gifts for Christmas. The orders were placed on the morning of Wednesday the 18th, and I received a dispatch e-mail the same day, with delivery the following day, Thursday the 19th, for the mainland (Paris) and the following day, Friday the 20th, for Ajaccio (Corsica), with free delivery. That's the first point. The second is to discover the quality of the boxes and products. I can't wait to give these Christmas gifts!!! Very nice to support the know-how of our craftsmen and to receive a thank-you card from our Elysian presidency. Sincerely Marie-Louise and Christian

Very satisfied, both in terms of delivery times and product quality. Proud to contribute to the development of our economy. A special mention for the message from President Macron slipped inside the parcel. It's the little things that count.
