Your order did not consist solely of jars of violet-flavored spreads and I find your particular note harsh even though we will of course refund you for the 2 missing jars. Not a bad site. Impeccable delivery. The rewards are tiny compared to the price of the products and are only valid for a short time, which is a shame. Nothing to say about the taste of the chocolates, but the high shipping costs are a hindrance to a small order. Despite the small cooler, chocolates delivered in outside weather of 35 degrees Celsius inevitably arrived melted. It would be nice to be able to buy Malakoff in relay stores such as delicatessens.

Good products (grand cru tablets for us) and fast delivery, but I don't like the commercial relationship on the website.
I had 2 windows open with the same basket, I validated one but not the other. The next day, I received an offer of 8% discount on my non-validated basket, then again a day later an 11% discount. I contacted Malakoff, who told me it was a faulty site configuration. I don't think so, it's a systematic commercial practice of this site: so wait 1 or 2 days before validating your basket...
